Refund Policy

• Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

• Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

• Exchanges: If you’d like a different size or color, we’re happy to process an exchange (based on availability).

• Non-Refundable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as undergarments or final sale items may not be eligible for return or refund.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• If a defective or incorrect product was sent, GymOut will cover the return shipping costs in full.
